Lay down my dear... Pull your leg up all the way to the back.. Place your hand to hold your body. Pull your leg up and make it as straight as possible... Stay about 30 to 40 second. Put down your hand... Pull back your leg SLOWLY to avoid sprain... Pull your leg slowly to front... And DONE.
