Idea number 1.


How to maintain our body posture
I am a YOGA TRAINER.
My target= Everyone.
My purpose is to get back right our body posture, good balance and strength.
I would need a yoga mat ONLY.
I would like to show yoga, strength training and aerobic(simple exercise).
The outcome is more healthy and balance body.
I would like to introduce Tang Na(famous yoga trainer).

I am a Chef.
My target= Everyone.
My purpose is to eat healthy food .
I would need a rice, seaweed, carrots, cucumber, crab roll, and egg.
I would like to show how to make various of sushi.
The outcome is eat healthy and delicious snack .

I am a FIRST AIDER.
My target= Adult.
My purpose is to rescue people.

I would like to show CPR, chocking treatment and recory position.
The outcome is rescue people who really need help.
