Lay down my dear...
Pull your leg up
all the way to the back..
Place your hand to hold your body.
Pull your leg up and make it as straight as possible... Stay about 30 to 40 second.
Put down your hand... Pull back your leg SLOWLY to avoid sprain...
Pull your leg slowly to front...
And DONE.

Lai... !st.. stand straight and put your hand behind your head.
Step your right leg back.
Press your body down and use your femur's strength to hold your body. Stay for 10 second in this pose.
Then stand back to start point and step another leg back.
Press your body down like just now and stay 10 second too...
Repeat 10 times and increase the number of time when you think your can go for it. Remember, don't force yourself or press yourself too hard. It may hurt your femur's muscle.

Getting start... and Ready
Left leg out then stand back start point. Then "switch" leg... Do the same pose for 8 times...1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8... Yeah! You did it...=.='
Now, change another pose. 1st, stand straight and cross your hand.
Then open your hand and leg just like us.... XP... need to brush up my English... Sorry ah....
Then close your leg and hand and open the other side. Repeat for 8 times... 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8... Yesh... Gambatte...
The third pose... Yoyo~~ put your hand up to the air, my dear~ just like us and jump with 1 leg~ then "switch" leg and jump again~ Repeat about 4 times(both leg)... Yayaya... You got it...=.="
The last one... stand steady...
Open your leg and pull up your hand.
When your close your leg, place your hand beside your waist... (your location will change, not standing the same point.)
Next, go back to the start point... AndGoTo the other side.... Yeah... Repeat for 8 times...
